Eric V. Luedtke is the owner, founder and principle attorney of the Law Office of Eric V. Luedtke. The law firm’s primary areas of practice are Employment law and Family law.  

EMPLOYMENT LAW: Mr. Luedtke has worked extensively both as a Plaintiff and defense counsel in matters involving wrongful termination cases linked to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as business litigation and trade secret issues relating to employment disputes.  He has also defended employers in class action cases relating to wage, hour, over-time and mealtime/break issues.  He is currently the general counsel for Priority Building Services, LLC a Orange County based employer that has a large number of employees in California and Nevada.  Eric V. Luedtke has represented over the past 18 years hundreds of employees that have been terminated from their employment arising out of claims by the employees of age, race, national origin, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender, religion, as well as harassment and retaliation.  He has taken on large employers as well as represented many employees against cities, school districts, and Universities.  

FAMILY LAW: Eric V. Luedtke also has significant experience in representing client’s with substantial assets in divorce proceedings and has represented both fathers and mothers in divorce proceedings for over 18 years.  He represents client’s that are going through divorce relating to issues involving custody, visitation, division of assets, spousal support and child support. Eric V. Luedtke also represents individuals who must file or defend a modification of custody and support post-Judgment where one party must file or defend a request for modification of such issues as custody and support. He also has prepared many Pre-Marital Settlement Agreements and regularly files and defends contempt actions and motions to enforce and set aside judgments for his clients.

Mr. Luedtke is a member of the California State Bar Association’s Employment Law Section and Family Law Section.  He earned his B.A., with high honors from California State University at Fullerton in 1991, and his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Utah College of Law.  He was hired by a large Los Angeles based law firm out of college where he defended large companies and corporations. Thereafter, Mr. Luedtke opened his own law firm in 1998 , in Brea California.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994; he is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court’s of the state of California.
